How the price grows
The price is per month and depends on the number of rooms. Up to 5 rooms it is €15, and every extra room adds €2.

Several houses or a group: Nuitina is one account per house today. For a group, we make a personal offer.
How it works
Start the free trial
Sign up and use all features for 30 days. You do not enter a card.
Subscribe when you are ready
Inside your account under Plan & billing, pay by card. The payment runs securely through Stripe, and the price follows your number of rooms.
Cancel any time
There is no minimum term. If you cancel, or if you do not subscribe after the trial, your booking page pauses.
Your data stays
Existing bookings and data remain in your account and can still be viewed.
What is not included, and what you pay elsewhere
Nuitina takes no commission on bookings, whether they arrive through your website, the phone or the front desk. If you accept online payments, Stripe and PayPal charge their own transaction fees. Those go to them, not to us, and Nuitina never touches the money.
Booking.com, Airbnb and other portals keep charging whatever they charge. Syncing their calendars with Nuitina does not change their commission, but it helps you win more guests directly. If you want a website for your house as well, the team behind Nuitina also builds those, but that is a separate offer.
Questions about pricing
What does Nuitina cost?
From €15 a month for up to 5 rooms, then €2 for each extra room, up to 25 rooms (12 rooms cost €29, 25 rooms €55). Every feature is included.
Is the free trial really free?
Yes. It lasts 30 days and you can use everything. It costs nothing and does not run into a subscription by itself.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. You only add a card when you decide to subscribe.
What happens after the trial?
You subscribe inside your account. If you do not, your booking page pauses. Your data stays and existing bookings can still be viewed.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There is no minimum term. After cancelling, the booking page pauses and your data stays viewable.
What if I have more than 25 rooms?
Then we make a personal offer. Write to us and tell us about your house or group.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. Guests book directly with you and the booking is yours. Stripe and PayPal charge their own fees on online payments, Nuitina charges none.
Are there setup fees?
No. There is no setup fee and nothing to install.
How do I pay for the subscription?
By card, through Stripe, inside your account.
