What it costs for a house like yours
A B&B with 3 rooms pays €15 a month. That price covers up to 5 rooms, with every feature included. There is no commission on bookings, no setup fee, and you can cancel any time.
The first 30 days are free, and you do not need a card to start. If you grow to 6 rooms, each extra room adds €2 a month.
Questions B&B owners ask
Can I sell breakfast separately from the room?
Yes. Offer it as a tariff that changes the room price, as an extra guests add while booking, or both.
I have no website. Can guests still book?
Yes. Every house gets its own booking page with your logo and colours, in up to eight languages. Share the link on social media, in your e-mail signature or on a card in the rooms.
Can my partner or a helper use it too?
Yes. Add people under Settings → Team, each with their own login and a role: owner, manager, reception or housekeeping. A helper who only cleans sees just the room status.
What if I am away for a weekend?
Guests keep booking, and the calendar stays up to date with the portals. Because you can open the back office in any browser, also on a phone, you can check in from wherever you are.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. If you can write a room description and set a price, you can set Nuitina up. If you get stuck, you write to the people who built it.
