Guests choose their dates, pick a room and book in one step, on any phone. The booking is yours, the room is blocked at once and nobody takes a cut.
What guests see
Your logo, your colour
Add your logo and brand colour. Guests can also choose between four looks: classic, sand, forest and ocean.
Eight languages
The page and the e-mails come in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch and Polish. Guests switch language on the page itself.
Room photos with swipe
Each room category shows its photos, and guests swipe through them on the phone. Write your descriptions in several languages and let the system translate them.
Extras and upsells
Breakfast, transfer, parking, a pet or late check-out: guests add them while booking.
Promo codes and packages
Give a code to a newsletter or a partner. Or sell a package, such as three nights with breakfast, with a minimum stay and a date window.
Cancellation and deposit
You set the free-cancellation window in days and the deposit as a percentage. Guests can cancel online within the window.

Set up your rooms and prices
Add room categories with photos, base prices, seasons, minimum stay and tariffs under Rates.
Choose where guests book
Use your booking page at booking.nuitina.com/book/your-hotel, link to it, or embed it in your website. Under Settings → Website you find the code to copy.
Guests book, you see it
The room is reserved in one step, the guest gets a confirmation, you get a notice and the booking appears in the calendar.
Embed it in your website

No website yet? Your Nuitina booking page is enough to start. A custom domain for that page is not available at the moment.
Questions people ask
Does the booking engine work on a phone?
Yes. The page is built for phones first, with swipeable room photos and a booking in one step.
Do I need a website to use it?
No. Every hotel gets its own booking page with logo and colour. If you have a website, embed the engine in it or link to the page.
Will it look like my website?
Embedded, it sits inside your page. You can set your colour and choose one of four looks. A custom domain for the booking page is not available at the moment.
Do guests pay online?
If you want. Connect your own Stripe or PayPal account and guests pay the deposit or the full amount straight to you. Details on online payments.
What does the booking engine cost?
It is part of the one plan, from €15 a month, with no commission per booking. See pricing.
