Set up Nuitina, one step at a time
Each guide tells you what to click and what to type, and says how long it takes. Most houses are ready to take bookings in an afternoon.

Copy one code snippet from Settings → Website and paste it into WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow or plain HTML. No website? Share your booking page.
Read moreConnect Booking.com
Import your Booking.com calendar per room and export Nuitina's room calendars, so a night sold on one side is blocked on the other.
Read moreConnect Airbnb
Link each Airbnb listing with a Nuitina room through two iCal calendars, so a night booked on Airbnb or in Nuitina is blocked on the other side.

Connect your own Stripe or PayPal account, choose deposit or full amount, and decide whether payment is required to hold the room.

Give every person their own login and choose one of four roles: owner, manager, reception or housekeeping. See what each role can open and do.

Enter VAT and tourist tax once in Settings → Property, see how they show on the guest's price and on invoices, and print an invoice and the registration form.

If you are new, work through the guides in this order. Each one stands on its own, so you can also jump straight to the one you need.
- Set up rooms and prices: categories, rooms, photos, seasons and tariffs. Without this there is nothing to book.
- Tourist tax, VAT and invoices: enter your house details once, so every invoice is right.
- Accept online payments: connect your own Stripe or PayPal account, if you want deposits.
- Put the booking engine on your website, or share your booking page if you have no website.
- Connect Booking.com and connect Airbnb, so a night sold in one place is blocked in the others.
- Add your team: reception, housekeeping and managers, each with their own login.
- Online check-in: let guests fill in their registration before they arrive.
