What it costs for a house like yours
A hotel with 20 rooms pays €45 a month: €15 for the first 5 rooms plus €2 for each of the other 15. Every feature is included for the whole team, with no commission, no setup fee and no minimum term.

Questions hotel managers ask
How many staff logins can I have?
You add the people you need under Settings → Team, each with a role. The price depends on the number of rooms, not on the number of users.
Can housekeeping see guest data or prices?
No. A housekeeping login only sees the room status: what is dirty, clean or inspected, and who arrives or leaves.
How are tourist tax and VAT handled?
You enter VAT and the tourist tax per adult and child under Settings → Property. Invoices then show the VAT contained and a tourist tax line, which is not counted as revenue in your reports.
Can I move over from my current system?
There is no automatic import of existing bookings at the moment. You enter future bookings by hand, and the team can help you get started. Try it first in the free trial.
We have two houses. Is that possible?
Nuitina works with one account per house today. For several houses or a group, the team makes a personal offer.
Is there a connection to our accounting software?
Not at the moment. Reports export as CSV for your accountant, and invoices are made in Nuitina.
