What it costs for a house like yours
A guesthouse with 8 rooms pays €21 a month: €15 for the first 5 rooms and €2 for each of the other three. Every feature is included, there is no commission on bookings and no setup fee.

Questions guesthouse owners ask
Can I list rooms that share a bathroom?
Yes. Write it into the category name and description, for example "Single room, shared bathroom", and give it its own price. Guests see exactly what they book.
How do I take bookings that come by phone?
Click or drag across the days in the calendar and enter the guest. It shows up next to the online bookings, and the room is blocked for everybody else.
Can guests pay a deposit online?
If you want. Connect your own Stripe or PayPal account, then choose deposit, full amount or nothing. If you prefer to be paid on arrival, leave payments off.
Do I need a website to take direct bookings?
No. Your Nuitina booking page works on its own. It lives at booking.nuitina.com, because a custom address for it is not available at the moment.
Can I keep Booking.com?
Yes. Calendars are exchanged both ways over iCal, per room. Portals refresh every few hours, so a short window for overlaps stays open, and the Today screen flags any.
