Online payments
Online payments straight into your own account
Connect your Stripe or PayPal account in a few minutes. Guests pay while they book, the money goes to you and Nuitina stays out of it.

What you can set
Deposit or full amount
Choose what guests pay online: nothing and just reserve, the deposit (a percentage you set under Property), or the full amount.
Hold the room until paid
Confirm the room only after payment, and choose for how many minutes it is held. If no payment arrives, the booking is cancelled automatically.
Stripe, PayPal or both
Card payments go through your Stripe account, PayPal payments through your PayPal account. Offer one or both.
Test mode first
Stripe and PayPal both let you test with sandbox or test keys before you take real payments.
Paid online, at a glance
A booking shows whether it was paid online or is awaiting payment, and a payment receipt goes to the guest by e-mail.
No commission by Nuitina
Nuitina never touches the money and takes no share of it. The price of your plan stays the same however much you earn.
How it works
Connect your account
Under Settings → Payments, enter the Stripe key (a restricted key is enough) and the PayPal client ID and secret. Both services explain where to find them.

Choose the rules
Decide whether guests pay the deposit or everything, whether payment is required, and how long the room is held.
Guests pay while booking
On the booking page the guest is sent to the payment, pays, and returns to the confirmation.
The money arrives with you
It lands in your Stripe or PayPal balance and is paid out as usual under your own agreement with them.
Who charges what
Nuitina does not charge for payments. Stripe and PayPal charge their own transaction fees to you, as they would for any shop, and those fees go to them. Your Nuitina subscription is a separate, fixed price by number of rooms, see pricing.
Payments are taken in the currency set for your house. Online payments are optional: hotels that prefer to be paid on arrival or by bank transfer can leave them off and still use everything else.
